Al Cecchini, Principal of the firm, is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and a Notary Public. He is also licensed as an Enrolled Agent and is a member and past director of the Mass Association of Enrolled Agents. He is also a member of the Mass Association of CPA’s, Mass Association of Accountants, Rhode Island Association of Public Accountants and the National Association of Tax Practitioners.
Al earned his accounting degree from New England School of Accounting and continued to pursue advanced studies at Clark University and Assumption College.
Al was a Sole Practitioner for 35 years before joining the firm, with over 35 years of public accounting experience and more than 15 years in private industry, where he served as a Vice President and Controller for a manufacturing company.
Al is highly experienced with taxation for businesses, trusts, and non-profit organizations. His industry expertise includes manufacturing, professional services, banking, construction, retail, and food services.
Al was also involved with Junior Achievement in a school setting, the Lions Club and is presently on the Finance committee for his Church.
In his spare time, he loves to do outdoor activities, travel and spend time with his family.

Ron Rosen, Principal of the firm, is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University – Fox School of Business and Management. Ron was a Sole Practitioner for over 25 years before joining the firm.
Ron has over 35 years of public accounting experience and more than 5 years in private industry, where he served as a Controller.
Ron is highly experienced with taxation for high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and trusts. His industry expertise includes retail, wholesale, professional services, construction, biotechnology, food services, and recreation.
Ron has served as the Chairman of the Town of Shrewsbury’s Zoning Board of Appeals for over 22 years. He has also served on the Audit Committee of the Shrewsbury Federal Credit Union. When Ron has spare time, he loves to spend time with his grandkids and enjoys traveling.

Billy has extensive experience working with high-net-worth individuals, trustees, and business owners in diverse industries such as construction, manufacturing hospitality, medical, engineering, real estate, wholesale, and retail.
Billy holds an Executive Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting-Taxation Emphasis from Strayer University, Master of Business Administration-Accounting from University of Phoenix, Master of Science in Taxation from Washington School of Law, and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with triple concentrations in Accounting, Finance, and Marketing from University of Massachusetts/Lowell. He is also a Certified Facilitator for Franklin Covey’s leadership series & time management.
Billy has served as the Board of Director for various non-profit organizations. He has also served several years as the Treasurer of the Asian Business Association of Orange County. When he has spare time, he enjoys playing volleyball, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.
